OYO Flagship 16476 Elements mall

The second room was better than the first, but it smelled of tobacco, cigarette butts were by the window, and the AC remote had no button to raise the temperature. I had to switch rooms because the first floor was dirty and its AC wasn't working. The rooms weren't clean.

The room itself was good and the service was what I expected, though I had to ask for cleaning every time. Oyo's helpline was pathetic and not helpful at all. Sorting things out took far too much effort, and I had to pay for an extra room that wasn't occupied because it was included in the booking and they wouldn't allow changes. I liked the hotel, but after that service I'm not sure I'd book an Oyo room again.

The washroom was clean, and the town-facing window had a good view, but the rest was awful. The TV and main light didn't work, and the cupboard had a key only for show because there was no lock. Please don't book this hotel for a stay, the service was pathetic.

It's a good hotel, but don't expect too much. The service isn't very good.
