We had a very bad experience, with extremely poor service and disappointing management. Our room locked with our luggage inside, and the staff had no master key. They hadn't told us about this problem beforehand. We needed to leave at 5:00 AM, but because of their mistake we were delayed and couldn't get our luggage until 8:00 AM, which caused a lot of inconvenience. They didn't provide breakfast either, even though this was their fault. They should at least have offered some complimentary service as a gesture for the trouble.

The relaxed atmosphere and stylish interiors made a great impression, and the facilities were well kept. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the range of choices. The staff were welcoming and professional, and my room was clean, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. A lovely place to stay in Hisar for work or a break.

The staff were really good, and the complimentary breakfast came with plenty of choices. The rooms were quite good too, while the service felt on par with a five-star hotel.

Right in the middle of the city, and the staff were gentle and helpful. The room was spacious, hospitality was good, and both breakfast and other food were tasty and generous in quantity. A few things need attention: pest control would help, the refrigerator should be working, and the commode jet or telephone should function properly. Some bathrooms also had water leaking. Even with those issues, the hotel is in good condition overall.
