Our stay at PBS Grand, Hospete was stressful and very bad. We'd booked rooms for our group well in advance, but the room first assigned to us was in poor shape. There were cigarette butts on the table, the bedcovers had just been turned upside down, and the pillow covers, room, and linen were dirty. At first, staff said we'd have to wait at least 3 hours for cleaning and fresh linen. After we objected more firmly, they moved us to another room, which was also in bad condition. It had lots of cockroaches, and rats came out at night to feast on the fruit. The shower didn't work, the washbasin tap sprayed water, and the exhaust fan had no electrical connection. A long screw served as the toilet door handle, and the AC remote didn't work. Staff gave no help or response to our complaints. Photos and videos attached. I strongly don't recommend staying here.

The only good thing was the ample parking. The reception looks nice, but our room wasn't clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. During our two-day stay, they didn't change the sheets or provide towels, soap, or a water bottle. Service was poor, and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, including in the way he spoke to a senior citizen. Our room was on the fourth floor and the lift stopped working. We told them a senior citizen couldn't climb the stairs, but they only repaired it the next day. Checkout was at 2:30pm, yet reception asked us to leave early so they could take another booking. None of this was taken into account when we paid. The room wasn't worth even 500. Avoid this hotel.

A really terrible stay at Hotel PBS Grand, Hospet. The room didn't feel fresh, the curtains didn't cover the windows properly, and the bathroom wasn't kept hygienic. The bedsheets were dirty too. It wasn't worth the money. I'd give it 1 star out of 5. Very bad experience!

The rooms and service are poorly maintained, and even basic hygiene is lacking, though the rent is comparatively low. The place needs a major revamp. I'd consider it only if you have work in the city centre.

I wouldn't book here. When I called to ask the price, they told me to book online. I tried within 5 minutes, but every website showed the hotel as sold out for those dates. It seemed to me they had deliberately blocked the rooms on the backend so they could charge more for direct bookings. A really bad experience.
