Royal Orchid Central Kireeti

Our family of four had a spacious room with an extra bed, and the staff were excellent. The front desk responded quickly to calls, dining and housekeeping were good, and everyone was polite and customer friendly. It's a 30-40 minute trip to the major sightseeing spots around Hampi. The buffet food was decent but repetitive at both breakfast and dinner. The dosa was below average every day, and the uthapam and set dosa were barely edible. We also noticed pastries from dinner served again at breakfast. For a hotel with this reputation and brand value, the taste and quality of the food need to improve.

We had a great stay, and the service was excellent from check-in onward. We got there around 10am and waited in the lobby until 11.30 for our room. Arriving earlier than that would have cost 50% of a full day's charge. The restaurant was excellent, every dish we ordered was just right, and the attentive staff were very polite. After checkout, we could leave our luggage in the cloakroom and explore hampi a bit longer. The rooms are a little old, but roomy and comfortable. It's easy to reach from the bus stand and railway station. If you want a premium stay, great food in town, and strong service, I don't think there's another nearby hotel to match it. No complaints from us.

I ate at the Echo restaurant at Royal Orchid and really enjoyed the food. The service was prompt, and they took care of all our needs. I also want to apologize to the staff for leaving only 10 rs as a tip. I didn't have much change, and I didn't mean to offend anyone. Your staff deserve more than that. Hope we meet again soon.

I was especially grateful to Laxmikant, Sourav, Revan, Rajesh, and Abubakar for looking after us so well throughout the trip. Their warm service and attention to detail made sure we were comfortable, and they went above and beyond. We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed by the hospitality. Highly recommended!
