We chose Vinay Residency for dinner on our wedding anniversary, but the service spoiled the occasion. The staff member serving us was condescending and made us uncomfortable throughout the meal. After we asked to pack the leftovers, we put a lemon soda in the disposable bottle the hotel had provided into the leftover bag. As he cleared the table, the waiter opened the bag and checked it without asking. Then he smiled shamelessly, as though we'd done something wrong. It felt disrespectful and highly unprofessional. If guests aren't meant to take drinks in disposable bottles, why provide them? A glass should have been given instead. My husband still tipped him, which made the whole thing even more disappointing. Vinay Residency needs to improve staff etiquette and respect for guests.

Special thanks to Hotel Reception staff Mr.Mounesh, who took the extra initiative to guide me to the Hotel. He's truly helpful. I was very happy with the excellent service and wanted to share my appreciation. Thank you Vinay residency, please keep it up.

I've been visiting the Hotel since 2019, and staying here always feels like being at home. They keep it as hygienic as resorts. The food tastes good and the service is quality. I recommend visiting.

The hotel provides complimentary breakfast with lots of variety, and the food is tasty and hygienic. Rooms are neat and clean, with a very good ambience. A perfect stay for families.

The rooms are big and the hotel is very good, but the used blankets made it hard to sleep under them. They should provide white covers for the blankets and wash those covers after every use.
