The rooms are roomy and cozy, and the stay itself was comfortable. Food quality was good, but dining fell short of the hotel's standard. Service was slow, staff weren't responsive enough, and orders took a long time. The restaurant service needs significant improvement.

The restaurant food was good, but that was the one strong point of a mixed stay from 26-28 December 2025. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the bathroom's hot water was dirty and smelled strongly unpleasant, so I had to take cold showers. These seem like management issues that need serious attention if the hotel wants to grow. Most staff were polite and supportive and genuinely tried to help. They even helped me look for an Assamese Mekhala Chador, which I appreciated. Mr. Sabyasanchi was the exception: his behavior was rude and unprofessional. The hotel has potential, but clean hot water and working Wi-Fi are basic facilities that need fixing for guests to have a comfortable stay.

The room wasn't clean enough for what I paid, and the peeling wall paint added to the impression that maintenance and hygiene need work. For this price, I'd expect better.

The location is in a prime area, making it easy to get around Dibrugarh. Hotel Raj Meridian feels new and well maintained, with modern interiors and beautifully designed, extremely clean rooms that made for a comfortable stay. Staff behavior and room service were excellent. Requests were handled promptly and with a smile. A perfect choice if you're staying in Dibrugarh, highly recommended.
