Rk Hospitality by OYO Rooms

The stay itself was peaceful, with no pollution or noise, and I was satisfied with the room and the price we eventually negotiated. But I wouldn't trust Oyo. The owner at the first hotel said there were no rooms and refused the low Oyo rate. Oyo sent me to another hotel far away, which also refused to honor the booking, then assigned a third place farther still and asked me to pay an advance. I paid some money and never got it back. I spent 2 hours waiting there before negotiating a lower price and finally getting a room.

After I booked and arrived, the receptionist said the rooms weren't ready or sanitized, then told me to go to another location in Madhapur, 20 kms away. Terrible service and careless behavior from the staff. Never book here.

There isn't a hotel at this location, just apartment rooms. I wouldn't recommend it at all for a family trip.

The place is okay, but it's way out on the outskirts, with no shops nearby.
