I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the materials were high quality, and the atmosphere was very congenial. The room facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly.

It's close to the Ring Road Highway Junction, and the rooms are clean. Parking is limited, with basement space for five cars. There are no dining options: no restaurant attached or next door. Highway noise, especially air horns, can be heard constantly even with the air conditioning on.

Good property, but they could manage it more professionally. If they don't bring in professional management, it may deteriorate.

The booking and check-in were a stressful mess. After traveling 400 km, I was told on arrival that my booking had been cancelled, although the MMT app still showed it as active that same day. MMT support called to ask if I had a problem, then blamed me and said I'd cancelled, which is completely untrue. A friend fortunately helped me find another place to stay. There were warning signs earlier: the system showed two guests for two rooms even though I had selected four guests. When I questioned a ₹1200 charge to add a guest, staff told me to ask MMT, which then offered an even worse deal of ₹2400 for two extra guests. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and seemed intent on shifting the blame. Communication was poor, including understanding and resolving basic issues. This cost me time and caused unnecessary stress. I found the service poor and accountability absent. I wouldn't recommend trusting this hotel.
