Hotel Lemon Arrow Inn by OYO Rooms

For 1400/- I got an AC double room for a 24hr stay, and the AC was very good and chilly. They provided water too. It's around 300mtr from nabanna bus stop, with buses to markets and major places, and toto are always available for getting around. Shalimar railway station is only 3km away. If your return train leaves from Shalimar, this hotel could work; otherwise, stay inside kolkata city.

The photos on google don't match what I found. The rooms were stinky and dirty, and room service was pathetic. Sheets and towels hadn't been washed, the washroom door lock was broken, and the AC wasn't working properly. Absolutely horrible.

I booked online through Oyo for a wash and change, and was told there'd be free parking since we had a cab. On arrival it was a small, smelly place with no parking. I was glad I'd chosen to pay at the hotel, but they still collected Rs.672 as an advance. The rooms stank and were unkempt, so we literally ran out. A horrible experience.

I had paid through oyo before arriving, but when I got there the person said there were no rooms and rudely shut the door in my face. It was around 11:30 pm, so with no nearby hotels I had to spend the night in a hospital lobby. Avoid booking here.
