This place was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone book it. It's more like a residential complex than a proper hotel, and the staff were rude. The woman at reception even hit me. I complained to Goibibo about her, but nothing came of it. They denied us check-in because they wanted an RTPCR report, though the hotel policy never mentioned that requirement. They asked for extra money to let us in, then gave us a filthy room with sheets and pillow covers used by previous guests. During the pandemic, they made us stay there because I'd already paid the full non-refundable amount online. When we asked them to show where the RTPCR rule was written, they threatened to call the police, even though we had no travel history. It's also overpriced.

Reception staff were extremely rude and impolite. They asked local guests for an RTPCR test and demanded an extra 800 rs without one, otherwise they would refuse check-in. One of the worst hotels in Kolkata/Howrah.

The room, bed, furniture, and bathroom were all very dirty. I wouldn't visit again. The receptionist, Dr. madhumita, took extra money for RTPCR. Maybe she was making PCRs in his lab. 😡😡

The hotel's photos don't match what you find there, and the staff's behavior was very bad. They even demanded money for parking. I strongly suggest not staying here.

I had a worthless, awful experience. The behavior was extremely bad and rude, the place was very dirty, and it felt like they were cheating us. Even the property owner treated us cruelly. Just terrible.
