Capital O 22798 The Hans Hotel

I can’t speak to the rooms, since I didn’t experience them, but the food alone made this one of the worst places I’ve visited. The water seemed contaminated, and there were visible dust particles in the food, which was completely unacceptable. Staff were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive when we complained, showing no concern or interest in fixing the problem. It’s shocking to see such poor hygiene and service standards. Definitely not recommended.

The Premium room’s size was a plus, and the balcony had a good view. Its bathroom had been renovated and was clean, and the staff were polite and respectful. But there were no towel racks or hooks for hanging clothes, and the towels were stained. Breakfast was very limited, with few options. We stayed one night.

We stayed at the Hans on the way from Bangalore to Pune. Renovation is underway, and the rooms do need it. The breakfast spread was nice, and there’s plenty of covered parking.

The location and infrastructure are great, and the room and linen were clean and comfortable. In the bathroom, there’s no towel rack or hook behind the door, and the soap and body conditioner dispensers are rusty. Breakfast service was good, and the vada and Dosa were excellent.
