Hotel Naveen Lakeside

The food was absolutely yum, and Mr. Patra, the chef, came to our table himself and prepared the dishes to our requirements. The property and ambience were lovely too. Service was a little slow, though Captain Manjunath was quick, cooperative, and made us feel comfortable. Saraswati also served us with a smile. We had a great time at Hotel Naveen Lakeside, Hubballi, and I'd recommend visiting for the food and hospitality.

Stayed four days at Hotel Naveen lakeside and had a wonderful time. Everyone was polite, attentive, and helpful, so I'd gladly come back. A special thanks to Ms. Saraswati Bijapur in the restaurant. She was attentive, kind, and always ready to help customers.

I won't return to Hotel Naveen. The security staff outside the reception entrance were untrained and aggressive. They harassed my invited guests and my assistant, a senior citizen lady, questioning why they were on the property in a very disrespectful way. Management seemed indifferent to guest safety and comfort. Housekeeping was the worst I've seen in a 5-star hotel. The room felt neglected, the carpet, bed, and towel smelled, and cleanliness was below standard. Requests for basic items were ignored for hours. I called three times for water and a towel, and each time was ignored or told it would arrive in five minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour. This showed no respect for paying customers or senior citizens. It wasn't hospitality.

The staff made us feel at home, especially *Salma*, whose warm, courteous service made the stay more memorable. The food was delicious, and our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We had a peaceful, pleasant stay at Hotel Naveen, and I'd recommend it.
