The bathroom water was completely dirty and smelled bad. There were lots of bugs in the bed and cupboard, and the rooms weren't clean. Doesn't feel like the customer gets value for their money.

It's a budget-friendly hotel, but the rooms smell bad. Room service boys ask for tips for simple jobs, and there isn't hot water before 7 am.

Decent and reasonably priced. My mom and I paid 1100 for a NonAc room and stayed one night and one day. The place is near the new Hubballi bus stop, though it might look dated from outside. As a vegetarian, I found nothing objectionable about the food, and there's a bar if you'd like drinks. You can also get food delivered to your room. The staff were incredibly humble. If you report a room issue, they'll change or clean it. The receptionist was really kind too. When I realized I hadn't brought the printout I needed for the competition, he got it printed for me for free. 96 points out of 100.
