The location and hotel aesthetic are superb, and it's easy for customers to get in and out. The management staff handled their work well. WiFi and AC both worked great. The room facilities were disappointing, though. There were no proper towels or basic toiletries for check-in guests. The bathroom slippers and pillow covers smelled pungent and irritating. The owners, board members, and investors should pay more attention to the basic principles of hospitality to protect the hotel's reputation and image going forward.

I called three days ahead to reserve a room for my parents. When I asked about paying in advance, they told me to pay on arrival. But when my parents arrived, they were told all rooms were booked and asked to wait for one to become vacant. It was a very tough situation for them, having to go from hotel to hotel looking for a room.

The suite rooms were fairly neat and clean, but they need some improvement. The bathroom door coating needs fixing, and there should be a stand for soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

This was my fourth visit to Hotel Shringar Palace, Hubli, and I'm still impressed. It's in a perfect spot opposite Hubli Railway Station, with good rooms and great service. The staff are all super friendly. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Great location close to the railway station, and the rooms are very good, bathrooms included. I didn't expect such a big builder near the station. There are lots of rooms available. Online rates look high, so call the hotel and book directly.
