We had a wonderful time at Hillside View Hotel, with spacious, clean, well-kept rooms and lovely views. The food was another strong point: fresh, tasty, carefully prepared, and with a good range of choices. Junaid, Rashid, and Hilal deserve a special mention. They were warm, professional, and ready to help with every request, making us feel welcome and looked after throughout. That thoughtful service is what made the place stand out. I’d gladly recommend it for comfortable rooms, good food, and hospitable staff, and hope to return.

The calm atmosphere made this a relaxing stay, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and kept in lovely condition. Staff were welcoming and attentive, the food was delicious, and the service was great. Everything felt thoughtfully done and comfortable. I’d recommend it to families, couples, or anyone wanting a memorable stay, and would be happy to come back. For me, it was a 10/10 for comfort, hospitality, and service.

We were 15 people and all had a great stay. The buffet was a real highlight, with plenty of variety and consistently delicious food. Room service was quick and courteous, and the hospitality overall went beyond what we expected. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. The spa was a great way to unwind after exploring Pahalgam, and there was a good variety of delicious food. Our rooms were spacious, clean, well kept, and had the modern amenities we needed. The staff were courteous and helpful, always willing to do more to make the stay memorable. Hill Side Resort and Spa Pahalgam is surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful mountain views, which made it easy to relax. A lovely mix of comfort, luxury, and nature. I’d recommend it for a quiet getaway and would like to visit again.
