We found the rooms and bathroom clean, and hot water was available all day and night. The hotel is right in the market, with reasonable prices. Nissar Ji was helpful, cooperative, and well behaved. They also have electric blankets. A very good place to stay in pahalgam.

The location has a lovely hill view, and we were very happy with the service. We especially loved the ROGAN Josh, uff, lazabab. Our experience here was really good.

The hotel's spot on the market road made it easy to get to shops and local attractions. From our room, we could see the busy market as well as the hills, a stunning view. The owner was kind and very helpful, and made us feel at home. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the heating blankets came in handy in the chilly weather. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palestine in Pahalgam and would recommend it to anyone visiting.
