Hotel Royal Hillton, Pahalgam

The food spread at breakfast and dinner was awesome, and the service was good throughout, with excellent staff. Rooms were superb and very well furnished. A hair dryer was missing, but they supplied one on request. There’s lots of room to wander around the centrally heated property, including spots outside the room to relax with family. The location and views are great. Much recommended.

The gardens and open spaces were lovely and well maintained, and the building looked elegant from every angle. We had a five star experience at Royal Grandiose Pahalgam, and the location among green mountains and natural beauty felt peaceful and refreshing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with soft beds, clean hygienic bathrooms and hot water available all the time. The room setup looked premium, and everything was well kept. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and windows, especially in the morning and evening. The calm surroundings helped us relax. Food was fresh and delicious at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and meals were served well. Staff were quick, helpful, polite and respectful, and room service was always on time. Management clearly cares about guest comfort. The welcome was warm, the lobby neat and decorated, and the modern interiors felt comfortable. The hotel was clean inside and out, with a luxurious feel alongside the natural scenery. It was a safe and peaceful place for our family and friends, and every moment felt special. We left with beautiful memories. A highly recommended stay in Pahalgam for comfort, views and hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The staff took great care of us and made sure our stay was comfortable and peaceful. Royal Grandiose had breathtaking views, excellent food and top-notch service. A perfect place to stay in Pahalgam.

We stayed for 4 nights, from 5th to 9th May. Shoaib in room.service and Zameer in the dining hall were exceptional. The hotel is away from the Lidder river, but conveniently close to the market and restaurants. It was very hospitable, with well maintained gardens cared for by Rashid and his team.
