The river beside the hotel made the stay amazing. We also had a warm welcome at the in-house hotel where Mr hussain Sir served us. The food is made fresh rather than in bulk, so remember to order an hour ahead. We had a great experience.

Mr Hussain’s hospitality was extraordinary. The team were honest, humble and very cooperative. We also got to understand the local culture and everyday life. All good.

I had a great stay. The rooms were good and the service was prompt. Hussain bhai was especially helpful when we dined in and gave very good service.

Showkeen Bhai and Imran Bhai made our trip smooth and memorable. They helped arrange sightseeing, explained local attractions, assisted with travel plans and checked that we were comfortable. Their honesty, care and willingness to help made us feel like family. Hotel Riviera is lucky to have them. The mountain and greenery views were breathtaking, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax. Our spacious room was very clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. Hearing the river and seeing the snow-capped peaks from the window was magical. The hotel felt cozy and suitable for families, couples and solo travelers. Food was fresh, flavorful and hygienically prepared, with delicious Kashmiri dishes as well as regular Indian meals. Service was prompt and courteous. From arrival, we were met with genuine Kashmiri hospitality and professionalism. I strongly recommend Hotel Riviera, Pahalgam. It offers comfort, beautiful scenery, good food and heartfelt hospitality. I’ll choose it again on my next Kashmir visit.
