The Oaks Comforts

The staff were cooperative, and the nearby restaurants they run serve very good food. The rooms are clean and quite good, though the price is a little high. Service was okay, but there’s room for improvement. If you need a good room in Hubli city, this is a solid option.

Parking felt safe and was good. Check-in was smooth, and the location and rooms were both good. I only wish there were a restaurant on the hotel premises.

The receptionist was especially courteous and professional, and the staff were quick to help. The room was clean and comfortable, just as the hotel’s name suggests.

We stopped here with family on the way back from Bengaluru. The hotel and rooms were good, and parking was available, but there’s no attached restaurant. We arrived late at night and agreed with the receptionist on Rs. 3600 for a deluxe room, including an extra bed at no extra charge. At checkout, a different person was at reception and asked for Rs. 700 more for the extra bed. I explained what we’d agreed, but he wouldn’t budge. We didn’t argue and paid Rs. 4333 in total. It left us with a bad impression. If you book here, confirm the fare, pay, and get a receipt beforehand. That’s why I’m giving it only two stars.
