It's close to the metro station, but the rest of the experience was bad. The stairs are narrow and there's no working lift. They have one, but it isn't operational, so you end up climbing multiple floors each time. There are lots of rules from the manager. You have to close the water tap a particular way, and if you bring in outside food and eat at the dining table, you have to clean the table yourself. He says not to make noise, which I understand, but he even had an issue when kids made noise. You're not allowed to bring coffee or tea to your room either. You have to get up early, go down two floors, wait for it to be prepared, drink it, then climb back up. You also have to take your slippers off outside the hotel and carry them in your hands, since they're not allowed in your room.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the place is near Begumpet Metro station. I had a good experience visiting Hyderabad, and manager Mr. Arun Kumar was cooperative.

I stayed three days and felt right at home. The staff are down to earth and cooperative, and they always look after your comfort. The ambience is lovely and peaceful, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to Hyderabad's attractions. Five stars don't seem enough. I'd strongly recommend this beautiful service apartment to anyone looking for a calm stay in the heart of the twin cities.

Good value for the price, and it felt like home. The staff were friendly, and the receptionist was a real gentleman who explained everything about the property. He's always available to help. The hotel is close to Begumpet metro station, around 1km away. The rooms are big with plenty of storage, the washrooms are clean and hygienic, and the reception area is well kept. There’s also a nice sitting area outside the rooms, with large paintings and well maintained sofas. The cots and bedsheets seemed clean and washed. Breakfast was good too. Cheap and best if you're after a budget stay. You can call the receptionist directly for a booking using the number on Google Maps. Booking in person costs less than using online apps like Make My Trip or Goibibo.
