Staff were rude and kept changing, so the person who had helped arrange things in advance might not be there on the day of the stay or function. Then you’re left dealing with unfair demands and poor service. The owner was rude too, and nobody at the hotel seemed calm or polite. I felt guilty in front of my guests and relatives over things that didn’t go as agreed. They agreed to everything beforehand, especially for an outstation guest’s stay or function arrangements, but on the day nothing matched their promises. They charged me more and still provided no service, and even at higher prices you have to make too many adjustments. They’re quick to promise things and then ignore them completely. Think carefully before choosing this hotel.

I got there at 11 pm and nobody was around, with no phone number or bell to use. I’d booked through the MakeMyTrip app. After a very valuable 33 minutes, a room service boy finally came downstairs. When I asked about the delay, he answered rudely, saying, “I don't given u the room go...” I think even one star is too high. I don’t understand how management can hire employees like that. Please don’t book this kind of awful hotel.

The staff were polite, and the rooms were neat and clean. Had an awesome stay.

The room boys provided good service, but the receptionist’s behavior and response weren’t good.
2/10
Poor service and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay.
