Hotel Sunview by OYO Rooms

The room was wonderful, the rate was good, and the location was just right. The staff were so kind, especially at reception. They treated us like family. Such a lovely place.

We weren’t satisfied with the stay. The bathroom floor in R 401 was slippery, and someone fell in front of the bathroom. In R 405, the curtain rod was broken. The AC and TV weren’t working, and there was no bathroom water in the morning. Banquet service wasn’t proper, and reception didn’t attend to us well. There also wasn’t staff available to help move luggage to or from the rooms.

The rooms were filthy, and our family’s one-night stay became the worst night of the vacation. We paid Rs20 for a 1ltr bottle of water, but the sealed bottle had been opened and smelled of phenyl. My mother drank some and immediately vomited. This hotel turned our night into a nightmare and put people at risk. Shame on them.

We stayed for a day for a family wedding. The room service and facilities were good, and the price was reasonable. The location was nice too. Recommended.
