Parking is available on a vacant plot next to the wall, which is the only advantage I found. The rooms are very small, bedsheets aren’t clean, and there are no breakfast choices, not even coffee. The staff seemed sort of agnostic. Go only if you have work nearby and no other options.

There’s no car parking at the facility, so you have to leave the car in an open ground nearby under the scorching sun. The TV doesn’t work, and the cable is often off. Even after I complained, they didn’t restore it or update me. The kitchen only opens at 8 am, so there’s no morning coffee or tea before then. Food was average, disappointing in a city with such a strong food culture as Hyderabad. They don’t help with luggage when you arrive or check out, and the staff show little hospitality. The owners also seem unaware of basic hospitality standards. They refuse credit and debit cards unless you pay merchant fees, insisting on cash, which feels unethical. If you only need a budget place to sleep and get up, it may do; otherwise, I found better options for similar prices.

The manager kept pushing me to give a five-star review even though I felt the place deserved no more than one star. He didn’t seem to care about anything else, just getting a SUPER 5 STAR RATING. I’d never recommend anyone stay at Hotel Oyo Qualia.

I booked it for a friend, and he said the stay was good. The infrastructure and service were good too. The price was okay after the discount, though still a bit high for the location. It’s a residential apartment converted into a hotel. The road for about 200 meters from the main street is poor, and the property is roughly a kilometre from both main roads. Ayyappa society road is preferable when visiting.
