Capital O 62166 Raaga Grand

The washroom smelled of drainage and wasn’t clean. The bed and bedspread were damaged, stained, and dusty smelling. They didn’t even provide complimentary water bottles, and the lift didn’t work properly. This place is a disaster, nowhere near grand or luxurious, just cheap. Don’t trust the name and photos. Families, please don’t choose it for your stay.

I had a very bad experience, especially with the hotel’s policies. I checked in around 10pm on 06/12/2024, and told the staff I wanted to check out at 7pm the next day. They said 5pm was the latest checkout and that after that I’d have to pay the full charge. They didn’t tell me there would also be an extra fee of up to 30% for the timing I’d mentioned. I had already paid Cleartrip extra late checkout charges when I booked online, but the hotel charged me again. I felt completely misled. The booking listed a mini refrigerator and hot water in the bathroom, but there was no mini refrigerator or geyser. The hotel also wouldn’t accept the online booking rate and demanded extra payment. Cleartrip gave me false information at booking time and then denied what they’d said. The hotel follows its published tariff regardless of the online rate. Staff even said not to book online. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t book a room here.

The beds were damaged, and the bedspreads had stains all over them. The washrooms were in terrible shape too, with broken taps. There was a dusty, drain-like smell in the rooms, and the place felt deeply unhygienic. Not somewhere I’d bring a family. If you want to risk picking up an infection, this is the place.

We held a function at this banquet hall and regretted booking it. The food seemed cheap, but it wasn’t tasty and the quality was poor. The staff were uncooperative, rude, and impolite, and the service was bad. We had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it. Stay away from these restaurants, and don’t be taken in by their low prices.
