I booked through Agoda, but they refused the complimentary breakfast included in my reservation. I was travelling with my wife and son and had to carry our luggage myself because staff wouldn’t help. The service was poor and the staff attitude wasn’t good. There are several nearby hotels, and the quality is good too. I found a good one the next morning. Please don’t book their residence, it was a waste of money.

Even though my booking was confirmed and I’d paid OYO, they refused to let me check in. I spent 2.5 hours calling different people at the hotel and OYO customer care to find alternative accommodation. OYO should resolve these hotel issues before guests arrive, ideally before they book. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this hassle because of your incompetence and problems.

Booked through Oyo, but they wouldn’t honor the online booking and didn’t help when I got there. Don’t book online. For a single room, they quoted 1000 offline without AC and 1200 with AC.
