The location was good, and for this price range it seemed better than other hotels. We stayed for two days, though, and daily cleaning wasn't done regularly. The room had poor ventilation and felt so stuffy it was hard to breathe. The geyser didn't work properly, the setup box recharge had expired, and the blanket was very dirty.

The rooms were neat and good, though they could use a little improvement. At the front desk the service was very poor, and the receptionist showed no respect to guests, chewing pan while speaking to them. The checkout payment options were especially disappointing. They accepted only cash or GPay, with no card machine. It's odd to find a hotel in this day and age that doesn't take card payments.

The hotel sits in the middle of a crowded wholesale market. Parking is underground in a single row, so if you're parked behind other cars, you have to wait for them to be moved. My room was small and unclean, and the bathroom was small too, with taps that didn't work properly. There was no room service at all. I wasn't satisfied with any of the service.

I had the worst experience. The room and washroom were unclean, the bedsheets were dirty, and the lamp didn't work. The geyser in my room was also out of order, and reception service was poor. When I complained, they ignored me. The photos and videos they provide are there to fool people. Not one service was properly provided. This hotel is good for nothing, and I wouldn't recommend it.
