I paid the extra 30% FabExpress said was required for an early check-in, and then the hotel asked me for even more when I arrived. I agreed to that too, given the early hour. But they handed me a non-AC room even though my booking through fabexpress was for an AC room, listed with AC as an amenity. When I refused to pay yet another extra charge, they said they had no rooms and told me to leave. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, so I left. Please think about this experience before going there, and don't support places that treat guests this way.
There was no drinking water, no AC, and nobody responded when I needed help in room 104. I had a horrible stay yesterday, the worst accommodation I've experienced. It's disappointing that Fab hotels chooses places like this. I'm not sure I'll book with Fab hotels again.
I came for a short stay and it turned out to be a terrible decision. The hotel is in the middle of a slum area, and an Uber driver even refused to come there. I don't understand the positive comments about the atmosphere. They may be sarcastic or paid, for all I know. The area didn't feel safe, especially for the amount we paid. The staff were basically absent. The receptionist was asleep at the desk during business hours. Nobody was openly rude, but the place didn't seem professionally run. Food isn't really made there either, they bring it in from somewhere else. The rooms were another problem. One guest got a shock from the geyser and had hand pain all day; ours didn't work at all. There were water marks on the walls, including above electrical outlets, so charging our devices felt like a risk we had no choice but to take. Very disappointing, and I'd warn others away. I hope management takes this as a chance to improve their service.
For the price, this is one of the better hotels around. The rooms are pretty good, the staff are polite, and it's very close to dilshuknagar metro.
It didn't feel safe, and the quality was nowhere near what the pictures suggested. The photos showed fabhotel, but in reality it was an oyo with the usual disappointing quality. The place is tucked off the main road in a slum-like area, and the bedsheets weren't very clean. There was also a large hole in the bathroom wall, which didn't feel safe for women. The room looked very different from the listing and wasn't worth the money. The hotel charged an extra 300 for checking in just 1.5 hour early. I had a very bad experience with MMT and fabhotel. It seems there were no quality checks.
