The rooms are small and unhygienic, and they denied me check-in while asking for double payment. Don't book this hotel.

The location was convenient, though the service could be better. The rooms at Super Collection O De Alphabet Hotel were clean, spacious, and had all the modern amenities. Staff were very polite and attentive, and the warm atmosphere made it a relaxing place. I had an amazing stay.

The actual rooms didn't match the pictures at all. I wouldn't suggest checking in here.

I called them 5-6 times asking for a GST bill, but they still couldn't provide one. They don't seem to have anyone to prepare the invoice, and gave me a plain invoice without GST. I'm not satisfied with their service.
