Dream Suites Hotel

There were cockroaches in the reception and even more in the rooms. The bedsheets had stains, and the washrooms were filthy, with fungus on the doors and floor. Horrible experience. This is not OYO certified, and I'd never plan to stay here.

I had to wait an hour to get a room, and they charged me an extra 500. The room was dirty and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I unfortunately booked two days, but the OYO location was different from this hotel. The water supply was disconnected and there was no AC. Everything was awful, including OYO customer care. Please avoid OYO and book through some other app.

Because I booked through Oyo, we waited more than two hours while the hotel refused to accept the price shown on the app and demanded extra money. The staff's behavior was irritating and awful. This property seems suited only to hitech prastitution, not families.

No chair in the room, the water supply was disconnected, and there was no AC. The room and toilet were dirty, and they took an extra 500. It took three hours for me to get a room. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If negative or single stars were an option, I'd choose negative.
