There are some reasons to stay: the room is large, with two loungers and a work desk with a chair. The location is convenient, it’s quite calm unless you mind dogs barking all night, the price is good, and the AC works very well. But the room has old amenities marketed as a 3-star hotel. The geyser lights come on, but you still need to press another button to heat the water, and it’s small. You may use the same towel whether you stay one day or 10. You can feel the bed springs, the mirrors are bent, and the taps are corroded. There was aged drinking water in the bottle, and the TV didn’t work. Wires hung loose and posed an electrocution risk. No one seemed to care.

The bathroom was awful: the geyser lights came on, but there was no hot water, the sink handle was broken so it couldn’t be used, and the exhaust fan didn’t work. An opening in the bathroom let in mosquitoes and other bugs. The room smelled damp as soon as I opened the door, like wet clothes on a rainy day. It had one cot with two small beds that sank even when you just sat down. All the switches were on the front wall, with none near the bed.

My first experience with Fab Hotels was also my last. It was a deeply disappointing stay, and I hope Fab Hotels takes the feedback seriously. The room and work desk smelled bad, the desk was dirty, and the whole room had a foul odor. The towel had hair on it and didn’t seem fresh or clean. There were stray dogs roaming inside the hotel, and the door lock was faulty and hard to open. The AC and heater both failed, while loud lift noise made it impossible to rest. Water wasn’t provided until I asked. Staff communication and professionalism were poor, though one staff member was an exception. Basic items were missing, including shaving gel and even handwash, which was unacceptable in 2025. There was a bed and some storage space, but that was about all. I urge Fabhotels management to take immediate steps on hygiene, maintenance, and customer service.

The room was bad, with cockroaches and bed bugs, and the bathroom was dirty. We checked in, then checked out just five minutes later. Worst experience.
