The food was delicious, with a generous breakfast spread and high tea. The spa, gym, and pool areas also felt laid out seamlessly. The airy, minimal interiors were striking, with natural light throughout, and the rooms were very well maintained. Staff were attentive and proactive throughout. Our room was delayed by just 15 minutes, and they were very apologetic and quick to take responsibility. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the service during our stay, the team was professional and genuinely caring. They made the experience unforgettable.

Tejas in the buffet area looked after everything flawlessly, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic range of choices. The staff were welcoming throughout. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a separate walk-in wardrobe, and the bathroom had a standalone bathtub, separate shower, and private toilet area. Everything was spotlessly clean and had great amenities. Trident Hyderabad is popular and often fully booked, so I'd recommend reserving well in advance if you're visiting the city. I loved my stay and hope you will too.

This was our fourth stay at Trident Hotel, and once again the staff, food, and service made us very comfortable. Karan deserves a special mention. He made sure everything was right for us, particularly that the food delivered for our baby was suitable and carefully handled. He also surprised our baby with thoughtful gifts, which meant a lot. Thank you, Trident, and Karan for making the stay so special. We look forward to coming back.

I was here for 10 days on a work trip, and the buffet breakfast was huge. Bishal was one of the best servers I've met, friendly and professional. I also had a great first impression thanks to Srajal the bellhop, and Sheldon, one of the managers. Really, every person working here was kind and helpful. I come from a country where tipping culture is intense, and even with tips, service is often mediocre at best. Here, nobody expects a tip, but the service is still superior. I'd happily stay again on a future trip and highly recommend it.
