Fabhotel Elite Inn

I travel often in India and elsewhere, and I expect clear pricing, basic safety, and fair value. This Hyderabad stay missed the mark badly. I paid ₹800 for early check-in without seeing the exact charge or terms in my booking. I often need an early arrival because of flights, so that fee should have been stated clearly in advance. I checked out early the next morning, but got no adjustment even though I'd paid extra for extended occupancy at both ends. I spent over ₹4,500 on a room that was well below average. The safety concerns left me uneasy. I couldn't see clear, accessible escape routes. Indian fire safety rules call for unobstructed evacuation paths, so I wondered about compliance and the approvals for the building. I felt unsafe. The room itself was uncomfortable. The bathroom was so cramped my knees kept hitting the wall, and the tiny exhaust vents did almost nothing to move air. It stayed stuffy. The mattress felt worn and uncomfortable, as if it hadn't been replaced in years. Breakfast was listed as complimentary, and I thought my early check-in made me eligible, but they refused it, saying it was “for tomorrow,” even though I was leaving early the next morning. The staff seemed indifferent and arrogant, and showed little interest in fixing problems or making the stay better. Even by budget hotel standards this fell short. I advise travelers who care about safety, comfort, and transparent charges to look elsewhere in Hyderabad. Two stars feels generous, and I wouldn't return.

We stayed at FabHotel Elite Inn, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on July 25 and 26, and left extremely satisfied. The rooms were clean, neatly arranged, and well maintained. The location in Kukatpally was convenient for nearby shopping, restaurants, and transit. Check-in went smoothly thanks to the courteous, welcoming staff, who were quick to help throughout our stay. Their prompt and professional service made the visit comfortable. It would work well for either a business or leisure trip, and we'd be happy to return.

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable, but the front desk service ruined the visit. My MakeMyTrip booking said check-in was at 12:00 PM, yet I didn't get the key until about 12:40. A 5-10 minute wait would be understandable, but 40 minutes wasn't. When I asked politely, the receptionist rudely said rooms would be given only when available, regardless of the stated time. That felt unprofessional. If checkout time is enforced strictly, check-in should be treated the same way. I wouldn't recommend FabHotel Elite Inn Near JNTU metro Hyderabad Nizampet X road until management improves the staff's attitude and professionalism.

JNTU Metro Station is just a short walk away, which made getting around convenient. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful. Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. I had a wonderful stay at Elite Inn and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable place with good connections.
