Hotel Hill 9 by OYO Rooms

They overcharged us at checkout, adding money for things like tax, service, water, electricity, and other charges that seemed to come from nowhere. If you’re a tourist or coming from another country, be careful, because they may charge you more than the normal price. The employees were unprofessional and racist. They don’t clean the rooms and tell guests to do it themselves. There were bed bugs, and even after asking to change rooms, we found them in every room. Please stay away.

The location is excellent, but the room I was shown smelled strongly of cigarettes and wasn’t well maintained. There wasn’t a sofa or even chairs in the common area. The staff were unprofessional and unwilling to honor or acknowledge OYO bookings.

The receptionists spoke badly to customers and acted like little kids with pride. I don’t know what they have to be proud of. As a foreigner, I wouldn’t recommend anyone book a room or come to this hostel. The service was the worst I’ve had in Hyderabad. Toxic receptionists and terrible customer service.

At 11 pm, after booking through Agoda, I arrived late at night and they refused to let me check in, saying they don’t accept online bookings. I showed them all the proof and they still turned me away. Shame on the management for treating a customer like that. I’ll never trust them again.
