On 7/05/24, we booked two rooms for three days, through Friday. We arrived around 9 am after traveling 900 km, with children, and asked to use a washroom to freshen up and sit at reception for just 30 minutes until our 12 check-in. The manager refused to even let us sit in reception. Later he called and asked for 300 bucks extra to provide a room. I agreed and asked to see it. He gave me the keys and told me to go up, where I found several bed bugs and cockroaches. The room was very tidy and unhygienic, so I refused it and cancelled the booking, losing 50% of the booking amount. The manager acts like a celebrity, and there are bed bugs around the room. Be careful.

The room was in poor condition, with no towels or toiletries, a bad washroom, and power sockets so high up that charging a mobile was difficult. We arrived at 11am, but the manager wouldn't let us check in before 12 or even sit in the reception area. The behavior was arrogant. When we checked out, the manager wasn't there, and the reception office was locked most of the time, with the manager unavailable.

We had already booked through oyo, but the receptionist said rooms were full and ours had been given to other people. He asked for extra money to give us a room and was very harsh. I booked an AC room but wasn't given one, and the service was awful. This was probably the worst place I've ever experienced, with the worst management I've encountered in my life. If you want to enjoy your trip, stay far away from this hotel.

We booked for two days, but the room was in terrible shape, with mosquitoes everywhere, deteriorating bed and room, and dirty sheets and pillows. Reception staff were unwelcoming and uncooperative. I was thirsty and couldn't even get a glass of water at reception. The worst lodge experience ever. A low price doesn't mean you should have to compromise on the most basic things.

The rooms were hygienic, and the reception staff gave us good guidance on the rooms as well as outdoor places to visit and food spots. It was worth the price, with Charminar and laad bazar within walking distance.
