Fabhotel Nera Regency

The location near offices is the one good thing about this shabby, overpriced hotel. The staff seemed untrained, the service was pathetic, and I won't stay there again. In the room, cockroaches were everywhere, the AC didn't work, water kept spilling out, and the towels were always old and dirty. The washrooms were unclean, and the toilet flush wouldn't work in the morning. Breakfast was complimentary but very limited, and the restaurant AC wasn't working while I ate. Parking was awful, with sewer water flowing everywhere. The room cost far too much for this level of service. I stayed last week and won't return.

The location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and public transportation, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for sleeping. My experience was mixed, though. Staff were generally polite, but slow to respond to a minor room issue. The restaurant menu was decent, while the food quality didn't justify the prices. It's a reasonable option if location and room comfort matter most, as long as you're ready for a few inconveniences.

Whenever I'm in Hyderabad, this is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean, and Hotel Manager Mr. Sampath was helpful and cooperative. The front office reception staff, Mr. Mahesh and Sunil, were helpful and cooperative too.

The place was hygienic, with good service and absolutely polite, cooperative staff.
