The beds were awful, missing legs and partly broken, and hygiene was poor too. Very bad service. Don't go there.
2/10
Wish I could give a negative rating. It smelled bad, wasn't hygienic, and had no AC or TV. Nothing there was worth the money.
2/10
The room had a broken bed, no TV recharge, and none of the OYO toiletries such as shampoo or soap. When I requested another room, they refused, even as new guests were being given rooms. Staff also started knocking at 9 AM, although checkout was at 11. Things went wrong from the start: staff were rude, and they asked for extra money at check-in. I complained to OYO, but the manager said on the call that nobody had asked for money, then hung up and refused to check me in. Not recommended.
2/10
The room wasn't neat, and they didn't provide drinking water. Staff behavior was very bad, and they demanded an extra amount two hours before check-in. A very bad stay.
2/10
The customer service was awful, and they used abusive language. The room was the worst I've ever had. I'd sooner stay at the railway station than here. Oyo needs to raise its standards.
