The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and housekeeping was poor. The staff's response to service requests was just as bad. When I said I wasn't comfortable, they told me to change hotels. I'd already paid three days in advance on a non-refundable basis, yet they still said I could leave if I wasn't happy. My room phone didn't work. I told the receptionist, who said some rooms' phones don't work, and left it at that. After I registered a complaint with Goibibo, the receptionist gave me a personal number and said to call it for room service. The staff were very rude.

I cancelled the booking after the host changed what we'd agreed. I'd booked the room for ₹1300 and had been told that a 6 AM arrival was fine. He asked me to call the day before, and I did. Then he suddenly said early check-in would cost ₹500 extra, making it ₹1800. This hadn't been mentioned before. It felt misleading and unprofessional, and he changed the deal at the last minute. Be careful.

Mr Ganesh was very kind and treated guests well. The staff were also excellent in how they behaved, and the hotel was clean. I had a superb stay. Thank you.

Apart from a few problems, things were good. I was out working all day and barely used the room. On my first evening, I spotted two cockroaches. There was no water bottle or jug, and the washroom had no ventilation. The room also didn't feel fresh when I came back in, as it wasn't properly ventilated.

The rooms weren't clean, and the photos all looked edited. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
