The room smelled awful and wasn’t maintained or cleaned properly. They didn’t change the bedsheets either. The staff showed no respect for customers, especially Suresh patil, who manages the property. His attitude was terrible. They wouldn’t give us a room at the OYO price and demanded their own rate instead, which felt like they were ripping customers off. The worst experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t even give it one star.

There’s no room service, and the staff seem uninterested in guests’ concerns. The lift has problems, and the AC doesn’t work properly. When I raised issues, they ignored them. Avoid this place if you want a pleasant stay.

The DTH wasn’t working, and the lift was out of order, so you had to climb four floors. The AC didn’t cool the room enough, and a lot of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke.

We managed despite the negative reviews I’d seen before booking. The stay was a bit expensive, and there was no complimentary breakfast. I also found used cigarettes in our bathroom.

The price is decent, but the amenities are limited. It’s okay for a day, though I wouldn’t stay here for a business meeting. I wouldn’t want it to ruin my day. 2/5.
