Holiday Inn Express and Suites Hyderabad

The one good thing here is the location. The rooms and service were among the worst I've experienced, and the hotel itself was awful. They treated corporate guests so badly that I can only imagine how they'd treat regular guests. If you have another option, pick it instead.

My friend spent one night here. Men were knocking on her door, and a group in the lobby was laughing loudly. She called reception to complain, but nobody cared. I also tried every number listed online and got no answer at all. This felt very unsafe, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bathrooms are a good size for a boutique hotel, and the stone floor isn't slippery. The bathing area is fully Western style, with no tap, bucket, or mug, just the showerhead. The rooms are comfortable, though now and then they miss an item; when reminded, they bring it. During my stay the hand wash dispenser was empty, but soap bars were available as a replacement. The AC also wasn't very responsive or effective, so maintenance needs attention, especially for a fairly new property in a reputed chain. This mid-budget boutique hotel is decent for work trips, which make up most of its guests. Breakfast has a reasonable spread for business travelers, and the food is good. They have smoking rooms, but no smoking area on site for guests in non-smoking rooms who want to step out for a smoke. It's near the tech parks and Hyderabad's new "Financial District," making it a decent economy business hotel.

I've stayed here on trips from USA for the past two years, but this visit was especially memorable, so I wanted to write a note. The team made our guests feel very special. The manager on duty was courteous and went beyond what we expected to set up the board room for our product launch. At Jonathan's Kitchen, the manager arranged our dinner meeting and handled the service exceptionally well. The GM also had some good conversations with us. It's a young, lively group, and the service all around was good. Thank you!
