Hotel Anamda Inn by OYO Rooms

I left after one day and found a couple of better places nearby at the same price and in a similar location. This was the worst place I've checked into. OYO has no pay-at-hotel option here, and the whole business seems to run through OYO. They even suggest checking the property before booking instead of fixing the problems. I had to call an OYO manager, who told me not to pay the hotel, because they expected payment twice, once to OYO and again to them. The access points had gutka stains and smelled bad. The tiny bathroom was dirty, with yellow stains and flush problems. The door lock didn't work, so I had to call workers to open or close it. The night staff tried to scam me by citing different issues. The small bedsheets had dirty marks and small bugs. There's no lift, even though they charge more than nearby hotels.

The breakfast was good, but the rest of the facilities were poor for the daily rate. The linen was dirty and only changed when I asked, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and I couldn't sleep at all. The taps were broken, the geaser didn't work, and the AC was very noisy. The receptionist also asked me to open the Oyo app in front of him and leave a rating, which felt totally unprofessional.

I wouldn't trust the photos or reviews. It's a terrible hotel, and you can find a good 4 star place for 2000. The receptionist was disobedient, and there was no cleanliness. When I asked about the sheets, they said laundry only comes in the evenings and they change them just once. OYO is also looting customers: they charge 1500 per night, but the receptionist said direct bookings at the venue are only 800. They should inspect the quality of places they register on their platform. Terrible hospitality.

I've never seen a worse hotel. The AC, fan, and bathroom were all in very bad condition, and insects were all over the room. When I got into bed, my whole body started itching. I wouldn't recommend booking here.
