Pramod Prime Homes by OYO Rooms

We’d already paid 900, but this OYO hotel asked us for another 1,000. It’s a fraud.

Worst hotel. They have cameras in the rooms and bathrooms.

I found the room on OYO for 704 rupees including GST, but when I went to check in, they quoted 1,200. I asked about the OYO price, and they said it was 1,200 if I wanted the room, otherwise there were no rooms. Pramode said that as a prime member I had to pay an extra 496. I checked in yesterday at 7 p.m., and at 11 the next morning he said my time was up. I’d only spent the night. I asked for 24 hours, but apparently the time was only from 12 p.m. to 11 a.m. I was completely disappointed. Please look into this, OYO organization.

They refused to honor my online booking because the price was lower than their usual rate and demanded twice what the OYO app showed. The receptionist was rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. The sheets were dirty, and maintenance was awful. The owner and property manager wouldn’t answer OYO customer service calls about the issue. Even though I’d paid in full in advance, they denied my check-in and didn’t refund me. They falsely told OYO that I had no proper ID, even though I’d stayed at the same property before after paying more. I’d give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your money or time here.
