Hotel Comfotel

The staff and room service were kind and quick whenever we needed something, and the complimentary breakfast was decent, with idly, dosa, vada, cereal, bread, and omelet. We couldn't find filter coffee, though. A few things made the stay harder for my dad, who had knee pain. We booked breakfast with the room, but when I asked to have it brought up, they initially said they couldn't deliver it. It took some discussion to get them to agree. The shower area is small, and the shower head sits directly above you, so turning on the taps and controls carefully is important to avoid getting wet. That could be a hassle for older guests too. Wi-Fi was okay, but slower than ordinary 4G on a phone, which may matter if you're planning to stream YouTube. Also, our hired driver rested in the parking lot and told us there were no bathroom facilities for drivers. We had to scramble to arrange something for him, and I found that concerning since it's a basic need. Overall, the stay was good, but these points are worth considering if you're visiting with senior citizens.

We came with our team and had a really good stay. The hotel is probably the best in Banjara Hills, and the staff and management were friendly and did their best to make it memorable. Special thanks to Madhu and Yasmeen, if I have the names right, at the front desk for arranging the best executive rooms when we arrived. Dinner was a highlight, with tasty food, a nice atmosphere, and peaceful, soothing music. The location is well connected too. It is a bit expensive, but I felt it was worth the money. I'd definitely come back. A wonderful experience, and I'd call it one of the best business class hotels.

The location is good, but the service was terrible. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff, since getting anything to the room, even a bottle of water, took ages. Breakfast was disappointing too. I saw a small cockroach crawling over the cut fruit in the morning and decided to leave. The room itself was okay, but the washrooms didn't look good for the price they charge.

The food was good, but the stay felt average. The bed and linen were okay, while the toilets and fittings weren't in good shape. Since the flush wasn't working, we had to ask for a bucket, and the shower mixer wasn't working properly either. There's quite a bit that could be improved.
