The suite rooms are small and unimpressive, yet they charge too much for them. Staff were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. Even after we booked 10 rooms, management was completely inflexible about check-in times. The place is badly run, with no professionalism or basic courtesy. It was a pathetic display of greed and mismanagement, one of the worst hospitality experiences imaginable.

The prices for the food and accommodation were reasonable, and the team and service were especially nice. The hospitality was wonderful, with a stay designed for comfort and quality food.

The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes and alcohol, and I felt really unsafe. Maintenance was awful, and the staff were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I tried the fish fry, dal, and curd tadka from the kitchen, and the room service was fantastic. I chose the presidential suite, which was really amazing and had great facilities. A superb experience overall.

Thanks, N grand. The luxury rooms are very nice, the stay was very good, and the price was reasonable. The service was good too.
