It felt homely, with clean rooms and no outside noise. The staff provided good service, and it was peaceful enough to work without disturbance. It seemed suitable for families and couples, and they offer affordable co-living rooms for longer stays. One of the best Oyo places I've seen, and I highly recommend booking here 🩵🤩. Just ten minutes before our arrival, the hotel manager cancelled every booking, saying there was a water problem. OYO customer care couldn't be reached, so my family and I struggled to find another hotel in the summer afternoon. OYO gave us 15 minutes to choose somewhere else, which isn't enough for someone with limited knowledge of the city. The management was irresponsible and unprofessional. Call the property to confirm before setting off.

After booking online, I was still asked to pay extra, and the staff were irritated and treated outsiders badly. I reported the hotel to the police because of the extra charge they demanded after taking the booking payment. The location and the staff's behavior were both awful. If zero stars had been possible, that's what I'd have given.

They refused to accept online bookings, and the service was awful. For solo guests, they keep citing a water problem, yet they let unmarried couples stay. Do couples not need water? The manager seemed illiterate and the staff were stupid. If negative ratings were allowed, I'd give this place minus five. Please don't book here.
