The food was awful, with no flavor, poor quality, and hygiene that concerned me. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and seemed careless whenever I asked for help. They appeared focused on taking payment, with no concern for guest satisfaction. My room was extremely dirty, the sheets looked unwashed, and the bathroom smelled bad and was poorly kept. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A waste of time and money.

The sheets were stained and smelled awful. When we reported it, the staff responded rudely. A very bad experience.
