Our family and relatives were very happy with the event, and it was a lovely experience hosting it at this hotel. We held my parents’ shashtipoorthi pooja on 24th October, a traditional South Indian ceremony that lasted all day. We rented rooms for the family overnight, booked the function halls, and arranged all the meals through the in-house kitchen. The staff were supportive and flexible throughout, and they dealt quickly with a few urgent requests during the ceremony. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the food was well prepared. Everyone appreciated the authentic North and South Indian flavours. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable too. Thank you to everyone who helped make it work so well.

For a quick meal, this place is pretty good. The prices are moderate and portions decent, and the South Indian thali at lunch is worth trying. I’ve eaten here several times, on weekdays and weekends, and most visits the restaurant was nearly empty. The food is good, but service needs a lot of work. Staff seem to change very often, and I’m still waiting to see a really capable one. The indoor ambience feels dull, though the outdoor seating and setup are better.

Breakfast was definitely up to the mark, with a decent range of buffet choices, and the staff were great. The price is pocket friendly, so you can enjoy the stay. My one complaint is that room service wasn’t very prompt.

We stayed for 6 days, and the kids loved having so much space to run around. There’s a large reception area with lots of sofas, plus a tidy front lawn beside the main road. A guard is posted there for security, and there’s car parking as well. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has 24x7 Hot Water, and the buffet breakfast is nice. All the major food places were within range for delivery through swiggy and Zomato.

The food quality was the one thing I wasn’t happy with, and it could be better. Otherwise, it’s a good family friendly budget hotel in Kondapur. It’s well placed near the main road and RTA office, and room rates are affordable. Rooms are maintained well and basic services are up to the mark. Book ahead, as software employees and other corporate executives often reserve rooms well in advance.
