Hotel R-Inn Residency

The rooms were regularly cleaned and worked well for a family of three, with good value for money. The staff were excellent and well behaved, helping us whenever we needed anything. I booked directly rather than through Oyo because my previous Oyo experience was pathetic, and I'd suggest booking in person. I recommend this hotel to visitors to Hyderabad, especially anyone with appointments at LV prasad eye institute, which is just a 10-15 minute walk away.

I ended up here in an emergency and paid 1500 per night for a non-AC room. The door lock was broken, and so were the bed, cupboard, table, TV remote, toilet and taps. They wouldn't even offer a glass of water. It doesn't deserve one star, and it was the worst experience I've had in my life. If you're in a hurry, go to the Doormetries for just 200 rs instead of choosing a place like this.

They promised complimentary breakfast when we booked, but when we chose it, they said tea wasn't included. What kind of breakfast has no tea? We paid 1700 for a deluxe room and were put in something worse than a normal room. The hotel and staff management were very poor, and the behavior was even worse. Be alert and don't book here, you'll regret it. You can find a better place in the same price range.

I called the day before to ask about early check-in for my online booking. The receptionist said the room would be ready for an extra 200. When I arrived early in the morning, he was still in bed, didn't even get up, and rudely argued that no one would give me a room and I should come back later. I understand if a room isn't available, but he'd told me it would be. After travelling, being treated that way first thing in the morning was infuriating. They have no manners or idea of hospitality, though they still try to make money with the hotel. They don't deserve even one star.
