Hotel SVM Grand Bachupally

I tried several dishes from this outlet: Special Chicken Biryani (Boneless), Special Mutton Biryani (Boneless), Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Naan, Paneer Tikka Masala, Singapore Chicken, Tawa Fish, and Gobi 65. The food was just okay overall.

The place has a warm, welcoming feel and works well for families who want to eat together and spend time. We had great service and excellent food, with a lovely ambience too. Mr. Ganesh, the restaurant manager, deserves a special mention. He was courteous and attentive, made sure guests were looked after, and his professionalism added a lot to the experience. I’d strongly recommend it for a pleasant meal with family.

The only thing I really liked was the fresh lime soda. The rest of the meal was awful, and the bill came to 1800, which it wasn’t worth at all. The spring rolls were still raw, with very little filling and an uncooked outer layer. The Pulav was extremely oily. The Fish tikka had a strong garbage smell, and the fried rice was painfully spicy with no salt. When we pointed this out, staff just said that’s how those dishes taste, as if we’d never eaten them elsewhere. Service was slow too. Our starter arrived after the main course. Such a disappointing meal.

There’s a private dining room with capacity for 35 members, suitable for small occasions like birthday parties, get-togethers, or meetings. The food is very good, and the service is good too.
