It was a hectic night in the family room we booked for one day. The bed was bad and there were bugs in the room. The A/C didn't work properly, water wouldn't drain in the washroom, and no water came from the sink. We asked to switch rooms, but the ambience was just like before. The washrooms were worse than train washrooms. The ambience, service, place, and everything else weren't good. One of the worst experiences we've had, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The location is the only problem: it's on the main road, where there are only furniture shops. The rooms had a TV and cable connection, and room service was very good. The manager or owner behaved very well.

Dirty rooms and bedsheets, and not a place I'd recommend for families. At night, rats entered the room and ate valuables. Hot water was available only in the mornings, and it didn't come from the taps. They brought it in a bucket outside the rooms, with less than half a bucket per person. The worst hotel, especially if you're planning to stay with family.
