The reception deserves a special mention, and all the employees did their best to make my business guest stay comfortable. The room was stylish, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Even though it faced a busy road, we heard absolutely no street noise. The staff clearly know the value of customer service. Thanks for making my stay so comfortable.

The dining hall was my favorite part, with pleasant music and beautiful paintings all around the walls. The place is neat and hygienic, has a good ambience, and supportive staff. The washroom is compact but very well maintained. I gave four stars because the price feels a little expensive for the limited amenities. A few things to know: visitors and delivery boys aren't allowed. Online bookings cost less but have a 12 o'clock checkout, while direct bookings are more expensive and give 24hrs checkout. If you visit the restaurant directly, you get 30% off compared with opting for room service.

The room service was quick compared with the other service at the hotel, but the rest was pathetic. The dosa and idli batter was stale, and breakfast was even worse than the other service. Our bathroom had an issue, and it took ten reminders before they fixed it. Checkout took forever because it seemed only one boy could help with luggage. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

It's a quiet, inexpensive place to have a few drinks and relax, though the food isn't that great. We had trouble keeping count of the shots. As far as my friend remembers, he had 5, but they said 6, so keep your shot glasses on the table until the very end. I've posted a copy of our bill. The four of us spent 3k on a normal night. :)
